Noah W. Miller

Managing Director

Mr. Miller is a highly experienced communications advisor with a track record of providing strategic communications expertise to governments and assisting with capacity building strategies.

He has a deep understanding of the role of communications at the center of government, particularly in the context of post-crisis states such as Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia and South Sudan. 

Mr. Miller was educated at Babson College, The London School of Economics and Political Science, and Said Business School at the University of Oxford. He was a distinguished visiting faculty member at the Aga Khan University Graduate School of Media and Communications from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, he has twice been on the jury of the Digital Media Awards.

Dr. Rosa S. Ko


Dr. Ko has worked in academia since 2010 after completing a successful career as a senior civil servant with the U.S. government in Washington D.C. She was a senior lecturer in international relations at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa from 2014 to 2019 and has also taught at Hekima University College in Nairobi. Prior to that Dr. Ko was an assistant professor at The Catholic University of Korea. 

She is seasoned specialist in the theories of international relations in East Asia, quantitative research methodology, operations research, public policy, and collective action in transitional democracies.

Dr. Ko was educated at the University of Pennsylvania, Texas A&M University, Yale University, and the Catholic University of America. She has completed fellowships at both Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Ken-Arthur Wekesa

Senior Consultant

Mr. Wekesa has eleven years of professional experience in media, public relations, advocacy and communications. He has advised international organizations to transform their brand reputation through identifying opportunities, managing risks and overcoming critical stakeholder communication challenges. 

As a former journalist with the Standard Media Group, he has wide ranging contacts with the Kenyan print and broadcast media. 

Mr. Wekesa holds an MBA in Green Energy &Sustainable Businesses (University of Bologna, Italy), a PGD in Mass Communication (Kenya Institute of Mass Communication, Kenya) and a B.Ed/Arts in English/Literature (Moi University, Kenya).


Hubert Hongo


Mr. Hongo joined the firm in 2017 after completing a Bachelor degree in political science from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa. His project thesis entitled “Impact of Mass Media on the Political Debate Regarding Closure of Dadaab Camp” was ranked top 5% in his graduating class.
